About
The Chaplet of Healing is a prayer written by Father Ervin Caliente. His inspiration was to develop a prayer for priests and laity as something we can all do to help heal our Church.
Fr. Caliente is also the founder of The Confraternity of Jesus Our Merciful Priest, a spiritual fraternity of priests of the Roman Catholic Church, a direct response to the Lord’s invitation to intimacy with Him, to continued conversion of heart and a spiritual support for all priests.

This chaplet of healing is meant to be prayed on an ordinary five-decade rosary.
INTRODUCTION
V. By the power of the Holy Cross, on which our Savior died…
R. …bring light to Your holy Church, O Lord.
V . In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
R. Amen.
FIRST DECADE - ON HIS HEART
On the Our Father bead:
V: Most Merciful Father, by the wounds and torments of Thine only Begotten Son, On His Heart when we mocked and insulted Him, You have brought us salvation.
R: Heal Your children, young and old, tormented by the wounds of the Church.
On the Hail Mary beads:
V: By His wounds
R: We are healed
In the place of the Glory Be, at the end of the decade:
V: If the Son of God frees you
R: You are free indeed
SECOND DECADE - ON HIS HEAD
On the Our Father bead:
V: Most Merciful Father, by the wounds and torments of Thine only Begotten Son, On His Head when we crowned Him, You have brought us salvation.
R: Heal Your children, young and old, tormented by the wounds of the Church.
On the Hail Mary beads:
V: By His wounds
R: We are healed
In the place of the Glory Be, at the end of the decade:
V: If the Son of God frees you
R: You are free indeed
THIRD DECADE - ON HIS FLESH
