This page is for resellers, churches, and schools to place orders for Catechism of the Seven Sacraments and pay via Net 30 invoice. To prepay, resellers should order on our wholesale page. Church and school customers may prepay and order here. Retail customers should order here. 

Order Process

Purchase Orders. Upload your purchase order using the "Choose a file" button below. The order will be created at the agreed discount, and an invoice will be sent to you for payment according to the terms of our agreement. Your resale certificate must be provided before your first order can be shipped.

Email Orders. Fill out the form below to start an order. The order will be created at the wholesale or church discount, plus the lowest available shipping cost (typically $20 per case of ten for the book), and an invoice will be sent to you via email for payment. Your resale certificate must be provided on your first order.

Phone Orders. For questions or phone orders, call (402) 578-0697. Feel free to leave the order information in a voicemail, and we will confirm that the order has been created. The order will be created at the agreed discount, plus the lowest available shipping cost (typically $20 per case of ten), and an invoice will be sent to you via email for payment within 30 days. Your resale or tax exempt certificate must be provided on your first order.
